TRAVEL FOR FREE!<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 13px;\">GET ENOUGH GUEST TO SIGN UP &amp; IT WILL PAY FOR YOUR TRIP!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The primary goal of our affiliate\/ group leader program is to introduce the urban market to\u00a0<strong>Destination X<\/strong>\u00a0and reward Group Leaders\/Affiliates for their loyalty and hard work promoting our unique events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><em>Incentive Award:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Groups with 8 or more guests receive $60 per person<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Groups with 30-49 guests receive $70 per person<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Groups with 50-99 guests receive $80 per person<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Groups with 100 guests or more will receive a customized affiliate program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Affiliates must attend the trip to qualify as an affiliate\/group leader for the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Affiliate Names are NOT Group Codes. Affiliate Names is how we keep track of our affiliates\u2019 sign ups, so you get credit for each guest that uses your affiliate name. \u00a0(Group Codes are assigned to you once the 1<sup>st\u00a0<\/sup>person in a room signs up and pays their deposit.\u00a0 It is how we determine the members in each room not a group.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Being a part of an affiliate group does NOT automatically mean your group\u2019s rooms will be near each other.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If you would like your room to be near another room please make the request on your registration form in the Hotel Request box. Please provide the room\u2019s group code, not individual names.\u00a0 You have until June 3rd<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>to make your Hotel Request.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If you need to submit changes to rooms under your affiliation, they must be submitted via email at\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:info@elitecreativegroup.com\">info@elitecreativegroup.com<\/a>, and all members involved in the change must be included in the email. So we have documentation of all changes, and to confirm that everyone involved in the change is aware and agreeing to the change.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><em>How to register as an affiliate:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Email Us:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">To be become an Affiliate\/Group Leader and receive credit, you must email us at info@elitecreativegroup.com.\u00a0 Please state in your email your first and last name and provide the name your group will use when they sign up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>For Example:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>My name: Erin Taylor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">My Affiliate\/Group Leader Name: erin17<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><em>How your affiliate members sign up:<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em>Please advise all of your group members that when they sign up and pay their initial deposit, to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">When they are filling out their sign up page<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Please locate the question \u201cHow did you hear about the trip?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Click the drop down box<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Click \u201cOTHER\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Type the name you provided us in the email acknowledging you are an affiliate\/group leader.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">PLEASE INFORM YOUR MEMBERS OF PAYMENT POLICIES, MAKING SURE THEY ARE AWARE THAT PAYMENTS ARE DUE EVERY 30 DAYS.\u00a0 PLEASE EXPLAIN SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><em>Affiliate Policy:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>A GROUP CONSISTS OF A MINIMUM OF 8 (EIGHT) FULLY PAID GUESTS.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Affiliates\/ Group leaders are required to confirm their own reservation. They are also required to make payments as outlined for each respective trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Destination X will keep track of your group by your affiliate name.\u00a0<strong>Once you have reached the minimum number of group members (8), and they have ALL completed their full payments, we will send you a summary (prior to the trip) of the confirmed members in your group.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">We ask that Group Leaders\/Affiliates also keep track of the names and number of members in their group. This will serve as a cross check. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. No rooms will be held without a deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Separate groups CANNOT be merged for any reason.\u00a0 Repeat guest(s) that were not members of your group in previous years cannot be members of your current group. Repeat guest(s) that originally attended a trip as members of your group may continue to be members of your current group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Repeat guest(s) may form their own groups.\u00a0 However, as a courtesy, please inform your previous Group Leader that you are forming a new group of your own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For special room requests, please check with your group members individually regarding their requests and ask them NOT to send in separate requests.\u00a0 Please let us know if your group has any special requests i.e. a meeting place, group picture, private party arrangements, would like to have your rooms near each other, etc. by emailing us at <a style=\"color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:info@elitecreativegroup.com\">info@elitecreativegroup.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><em>When will I get paid or receive my free trip:<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em>You will receive a check during the trip.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><br \/>\nGroup Discounts<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Groups of 10 or More receive a discount!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If you DON\u2019T want to take advantage of our affiliate incentive program and would prefer to give the incentive to your group, you can apply it as a group discount.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Your group of 10 or more receive $60 off per person.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>We cannot offer our affiliate incentive reward and group discount simultaneously.\u00a0 The group must pick one. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><em>How to receive your group discount:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Have everyone in your group type your group\u2019s name on their registration form, when they sign up and pay their deposit, under \u201cHow Did You Hear About the Trip\u201d, Click OTHER, and type in your group\u2019s name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">We will keep track of everyone in your group once everyone has paid their deposit and it equals 10 or more people.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">After everyone in your group has paid their May 6th<span style=\"font-size: 10.8333px;\">\u00a0<\/span>payment, the group will be notified by email, so they know everyone in the group has kept up with their payments, and they have qualified for the discount.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">We will adjust everyone\u2019s balance to reflect the $60 discount towards their final payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If someone from your group is not able to complete their final payment and cancels their trip, which causes the group to become less than 9 people, the discount will be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Groups, Affiliates, &amp; Discounts Have your Group Celebrate with Us!
